Mr. Arturo Singer, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 1984, and currently holds the position of Managing Partner at the Dallas office.

Mr. Singer began his career with the firm in the Dallas office and worked as a Senior Appraiser from 1987 to 1993.

Throughout his career, Mr. Singer has steadily built an impressive roster of elite clients including public pension funds, large institutional investors, pension fund advisors, insurance companies, and banks.

The majority of Mr. Singer’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Colorado.

A large scope of his assignments include CBD and suburban office buildings, retail industrial, apartment buildings, residential subdivisions, hotels and resorts, and numerous special purpose properties.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Singer has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Mr. Singer holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser licensed in Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah.

Mr. Singer has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute since 1994.
