Mr. Colby Brockman, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 2006. He currently holds the title of Managing Director at the Metropolitan Phoenix office.

Mr. Brockman began his Commercial Real Estate Appraiser career with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. in the Los Angeles office, after receiving his Bachelors degree from Arizona State University. Mr. Brockman returned to his native Arizona in 2009 to further his education and expand the company’s outreach into the Southwest. In addition to becoming a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada, he was awarded his designation as an MAI from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Brockman has a high level of expertise in many of the western states’ property markets.
