Mr. Joel Pakula, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 1992, and currently holds the position of Partner at the Atlanta office.

Mr. Pakula began his career with the firm in the Miami office. In 2004, he became Manager of the Atlanta office, and in 2011 was named Partner.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pakula has steadily built an impressive roster of elite clients including banks, savings and loans, institutional investors, pension funds, private individuals, development companies, real estate syndicators, and various other entities.

The majority of Mr. Pakula’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama and Mississippi.

A large scope of his assignments include industrial, lodging facilities, multi-family, office, retail, raw land, subdivisions, condominium projects, net lease property, golf courses, marinas, and mixed use projects. Additionally, he has performed marketability, consultation, and feasibility reports.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Mr. Pakula has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree with a concentration in Real Estate.

Mr. Pakula holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama and Mississippi.
