Mr. Kevin T. Quinn, MAI, MRICS, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since early 1980, and currently holds the position of Managing Partner at the Boston office. He is also one of three members of the firm’s executive management committee.

Mr. Quinn began his career with the firm in the New York office. In 1988, he became the Manager of the Boston office, and was named Managing Partner in 2011.

Throughout his career, Mr. Quinn has steadily built an impressive roster of elite clients including the management of large scale portfolio assignments for institutional clients involving multiple properties throughout the United States and overseas.

The majority of Mr. Quinn’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout New England; Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont.

A large scope of his assignments include office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hotel, schools, marinas, golf courses, FBO assets, restaurants and vacant land.

A graduate of the Juilliard School in New York City, Mr. Quinn has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education. He holds both a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degree.

Mr. Quinn holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds the MRICS designation as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mr. Quinn maintains alliances and has been a guest speaker with such groups as the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and NAIOP.
