Mr. Peter Meyers, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 1994 and currently holds the position of Managing Partner at the Los Angeles office.

Mr. Meyers began his career with the firm in the Los Angeles office in 1994. He held the position of Vice President/Regional Manager in 2003, then in 2011, he was named Managing Partner.

Throughout his career, Mr. Meyers has steadily built an impressive roster of elite clients including lending institutions, public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, corporations, REIT’s, government agencies, the Wall Street securitization community, rating agencies, opportunity funds, developers, investors and other fiduciary-oriented clients in need of independent, third-party real estate services.

The majority of Mr. Meyer’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout California, the Western United States, as well as Hawaii.

A large scope of his assignments include apartments, land, office, industrial, retail, along with special purpose properties, including hotels, schools, churches. He is also active in estate planning appraisals, including fractional interest valuations.

A graduate of University of Southern California, Mr. Meyers has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Meyers holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and Utah.
