Mr. Robert Bocchetti, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake & Associates Inc.’s New York City office since 2015 and was named Partner in 2025. Robert has built a reputation for delivering clear, thoughtful valuations on complex commercial real estate assets.

The majority of Mr. Bocchetti’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout the New York region. His extensive scope of assingments encompasses a wide variety of property types, including apartment buildings, condominium and cooperative developments, single-family subdivisions, office buildings, retail buildings and retail condominiums, industrial properties, hotels and hospitality properties, vacant land, proposed developments, and self-storage facilities.

Mr. Bocchetti has provided comprehensive appraisal services to a diverse clientele, including banks, private equity firms, developers, trusts, law firms, and government agencies. His expertise extends beyond traditional valuations to include feasibility studies for new developments and market rental studies.

Mr. Bocchetti holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the City University of New York’s Baruch College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser licensed in New York and New Jersey.
