Mr. Scott Dugas, MAI has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 2013 and is currently a Partner at the San Francisco office. Mr. Dugas began his appraisal career in 2003 with a smaller local firm before joining the San Francisco office as a Director.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dugas has worked with various local and national clients including lenders, mortgage brokers, pension funds, developers, institutional investors and conservation groups. Mr. Dugas has appraised real estate throughout California with a majority of assignments including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and various types of land including subdivisions.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Dugas received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in business administration. Mr. Dugas worked briefly in the health care industry prior to pursuing his interest in real estate as an appraiser. Mr. Dugas holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a state certified general real estate appraiser in California.
