William Knight, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 1997, and currently holds the position of Partner at the Dallas office.  

Throughout his career, Mr. Knight has worked with local and national clients, including banks, developers, institutional investors, insurance companies, law firms, municipalities, pension fund advisors, and various other entities. 

The majority of Mr. Knight’s appraisal assignments have occurred in Texas and the adjacent states. His scope of assignments have encompassed a variety of property types, including automobile dealerships, automotive service centers, family entertainment centers, health clubs, hotels, industrial, land, manufactured housing communities, multi-family, office, restaurants, shopping centers, and special use properties.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Mr. Knight has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education.  He holds a  Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Knight holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser licensed in Texas
