Mr. Kevin J. Leprohon, MAI, has been employed by Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 1982. In 2011, he was named Managing Partner, a position he held until 2017 when he assumed the title of Partner.

Throughout his career, Mr. Leprohon has steadily built an impressive roster of elite clients including lending institutions, insurance companies, special servicers, pension funds, lawyers, developers, investors and mortgage brokers.

The majority of Mr. Leprohon’s real estate appraisal assignments have been performed throughout the New York metro area.

A large scope of his assignments include residential, office and industrial buildings, retail centers, lodging facilities and special purpose properties. Additionally, he has performed litigation support and expert testimony for a variety of clients.

A graduate of Lafayette College, Mr. Leprohon has been involved in real estate appraising since the completion of his formal education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Mr. Leprohon holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
