Mr. Thomas Beighley, MAI, has been associated with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since 2001 and currently holds the position of Director in the San Antonio, Texas office.

Mr. Beighley graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree and from the University of New Mexico with a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a State Certified Commercial Appraiser in Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas.  He is also a licensed real estate Broker in Texas.

Mr. Beighley has extensive experience preparing appraisals for a wide range of stabilized, proposed, and distressed commercial properties including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, undeveloped land, subdivisions, condominiums, senior housing, assisted living, restaurants, manufacturing/processing facilities, distribution/warehouse, office/warehouse, flex/R&D, self storage facilities, hotel/motel properties, mobile home parks, and specialized properties across the United States, with a primary concentration on the South Central U.S. market.
