Morgan K Hascall, MAI is a Managing Director at Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc., operating in the Pacific Northwest region. Since beginning her professional appraisal career in 2010, Morgan has worked for other large appraisal firms and a regional bank in the San Francisco Bay Area, before joining the company in 2024. Her work experience has focused on helping a variety of clients solve complex appraisal problems, across a variety of commercial property types throughout California and the Pacific Northwest.

During her career, Morgan has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients including local and national lenders, mortgage brokers, institutional investors, developers, and estate lawyers. She has experience in California, Washington and Oregon, including multifamily, industrial, retail and office property types, as well as residential development and redevelopment projects.

A graduate of the University of California, Davis, Ms. Hascall received her Bachelor of Science degree in managerial economics. She began working in the appraisal field shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, and has maintained work in the field consistently. Over that time, Ms. Hascall has been awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a state certified general real estate appraiser in California, Washington and Oregon.
